Nothing Can Separate You
God's love is not fragile. Nothing has separated you from His love, and nothing in your past has made Him let go.
One of the most powerful things the enemy does is convince you that your distance from God is permanent. That the gap is too wide. That too much time has passed. That God has moved on. Romans 8 dismantles that lie completely. Paul lists everything that could possibly come between you and God's love: death, life, angels, rulers, things present, things to come, height, depth, any created thing. And then he says none of it can separate you from the love of God in Christ Jesus. Notice what is not on that list. Your worst decision is not on that list. Your longest season of running is not on that list. Your deepest regret is not on that list. God's love is not fragile. It does not flinch at your history. It does not shrink back when it sees the full picture of who you have been. It holds. You may have walked away. You may have stopped praying, stopped going to church, stopped living for Him. But His love never stopped reaching toward you. The connection you feel has been broken is one-sided. He has never let go. Today, let that sink in. Nothing has separated you from His love. Nothing. Bible Verse "For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." - Romans 8:38-39 (New King James Version (NKJV)) Reflection Question If nothing can separate you from God's love, what does that reveal about the story you have been telling yourself about your relationship with Him? Quote "Nothing can separate you from the love of God. But you know what can happen? You can stop loving him. You and I can stop serving him. You and I can stop living for him. You and I can stop worshipping him." Prayer God, I thank You that Your love is stronger than my failures and longer than my seasons of running. Help me to rest in the truth that nothing has ever separated me from You. Amen.
