Fruit That Lasts
Jesus chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit that will last.
One day, every Christian will stand before Jesus. Not to determine whether they are saved, but to give an account of how they lived. What did you do with the time, the gifts, the resources, and the relationships He entrusted to you? That moment is not meant to terrify you. It is meant to motivate you. To remind you that your life here has eternal weight. The things you do in obedience to Christ, the meals you share, the forgiveness you extend, the people you tell about Jesus, none of it is forgotten. God is not unjust. He sees every act of love done in His name. You were not chosen by accident. Jesus said it plainly. He chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit that will last. That is your purpose. Not to sit and wait, but to go and produce. The good news is that you do not have to manufacture fruit on your own. Stay connected to Christ, the vine, and fruit will come. Obey what He says. Serve where He leads. Trust that what you do in His name matters more than you can see right now. Live today like it counts. Because it does. Help me to live every day in a way that produces fruit that lasts. May my life bring You glory and reflect the love You have shown me.
